DOMICILARY CARE
Vineyard Homes is a CQC registered adult care service provider ready to provide exceptional care
ABOUT US
At Vineyard Homes, we provide structured support tailored to your living environment. We aim to empower people no matter their ability and at their pace so that they can flourish through dedicated one-to-one care.
A live-in carer or companion may be booked for short time; perhaps following a client’s stay in hospital or for respite while their family is away. Often live-in carers are requested on a long-term or indefinite basis to provide security, personal help and assistance around the home. Care at home allows the elderly, those with injuries or complex mobility needs to preserve their independence, routines and friendships with care tailored to their unique needs and wants.
