Live in support worker for 16-18 year olds
As a residential support worker, you will be the young person’s key contact therefore you will need to be someone that is of a caring nature.

Previous Experience in a similar setting or role.
Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour
Experience dealing with mental health issues such as self harming, depression, substance misuse, violence and aggression etc.
If successful we will require two references covering the last 5 years.
Full induction will be provided alongside supervision.
Staff will be expected to live in the home for a minimum of 7 days and then have 7 days off or a maximum of 14 days and have 14 days off.

We are a small Semi-Independent Housing provider for 16-18 year old care leavers. We currently have homes in Coventry, Droitwich, Great Barr, Peterborough and Rugby where we support 16+ care leavers in gaining independent living skills. We are looking for an organised individual to help out with the day to day tasks in our busy office based in Rugby. Duties to include the following:
• Running recruitment adverts and arranging interviews
• Rental property searches
• Arranging and attending Property Viewings
• Answering the phone
• Responding to General Enquiries
• General office duties
The successful candidate should have the following:
• Basic Microsoft outlook and excel skills
• Good telephone manner
• Good organisation
This is a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm role
Salary Based on Experience
Must Drive and be a car owner as job involves travelling to placements for visits.
